Edmunds came to our home after another company replaced the control panel on our washing machine. The first company did not do a check to make sure it worked, so Edmunds came out very quickly and had parts with him. He replaced the springs on the machine. He did do a test on it which showed it was fine. That evening I did a load of laundry and the issue with the machine was not fixed. I contacted Lowes Protection Plan, who has been a nightmare, and they informed me to open a new claim for Edmunds to come back out. I contacted Edmunds and he was on it!!!! I enjoyed his attentiveness to clear communication and helping a customer through the process. He even called Lowes for me!!!! Hopefully the end result with Lowes will be smooth and quick, but I appreciate the help and support from Edmunds. I would definitely call them again if I ever needed appliance repairs. ~ Cindi C
